Audio Upload Terms

These terms apply when you upload an audio file through gvsoundstudio.com to request a free mastering demo.

1. Rights to the Material

By uploading and submitting an audio file, you confirm that you are the owner of the content or have obtained all rights, licences and permissions necessary to share and submit the material for this purpose.

2. Limited Permission to Process the File

You grant GV Sound Studio a non-exclusive, limited and revocable licence to access, copy and process the submitted audio solely for the purpose of evaluating your request, creating the mastering demo and delivering or discussing that demo with you.

3. Ownership and Confidentiality

All intellectual property rights remain with you or the relevant rights holders. GV Sound Studio will not release, distribute, publish, sell or use the submitted audio for promotional purposes without your explicit permission.

4. Lawful Content

You confirm that the submitted material does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. You must not submit material that you are not authorised to provide.

5. File Handling and Deletion

The file and the email address supplied with it are handled as necessary to provide and communicate the requested demo. You may request deletion of submitted material by contacting info@gvsoundstudio.com, subject to any information that must be retained by law or is reasonably necessary for legal purposes.
